RN - Emergency Department, Full-Time, Evening Shift

About the Role

Provides coordinated nursing care to patients, ensuring adherence to established standards and utilizing critical thinking, discretion, and independent judgment. Supervises and directs nursing staff activities, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and develops patient care plans. Promotes a safe, healing environment and participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes patient health data to determine diagnoses and care strategies.
• Implements care plans, coordinates care delivery, and evaluates patient outcomes.
• Provides health education and information to patients, families, and team members.
• Delegates tasks appropriately and collaborates with the healthcare team.
• Performs additional duties as assigned to support patient care and safety.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
• CPR/BLS certification mandatory; ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and experience in acute care settings.
• Commitment to safety and vaccination policies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
