RN - Emergency Department - Full Time

Role Overview Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and upholds organizational standards and values. Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care based on nursing assessments Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Ensure patient safety, confidentiality, and rights Maintain and update necessary certifications and licensure Follow established standards of practice and clinical guidelines Qualifications & Skills Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN) Current RN license in the applicable state or compact licensing BLS certification required; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC) may be needed based on department Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical duties Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
