About the role

Provides coordinated nursing care to patients, ensuring adherence to established standards and the nursing process.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient health data, analyze findings, and develop care plans aimed at achieving desired outcomes.
  • Implement care plans, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and promote a safe, healing environment.
  • Participate in discharge planning and ensure continuity of care.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately and supervise nursing staff at various levels.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Provide health education and information to patients and their families.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the practice state.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications such as ACLS and PALS are required.
  • Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) and acute care experience.
