Day to day
- Accurately record patient information throughout the admission, stay, and discharge process.
- Accurately transcribe physician orders in a timely manner, ensuring patient care plans are executed effectively.
- Initiate and perform ongoing patient and family education in all nursing service departments.
- Communicate patient observations to healthcare providers in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited RN program
- Valid license with the Iowa Board of Nursing
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred)
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NRP
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
