Job Summary
A Registered Nurse Charge oversees patient care, follows nursing regulations, and fulfills the organization's priorities. This enhances responsibility to promote the mission. The main tasks involve evaluating patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, creating personalized care plans, and assessing patient responses.
Essential Functions of the Role
- You will utilize nursing judgment and reasoning to make precise health assessments, ensuring these assessments align with standard practices.
- You will check nursing procedures. Use research to make changes.
- You will demonstrate caring practices by addressing both emotional and physical discomfort, aiming to foster healing and prevent excess distress.
Key Success Factors
- Familiarity with nursing and patient care protocols and practices.
- Proven communication skills both in speech and writing.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities coupled with smart critical thinking skills.
Qualifications
- We are looking for someone who has completed an established program in Nursing.
- At least (2) two years in the field.
- Registered Nurse License.
- You must have Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of being hired.
