RN Director Behavioral Health Services
About the Role
As the RN Director of Behavioral Health Services at CHI Williston Health, you will oversee the overall operation of our Child Adolescent Behavioral Health Services (BHS) department, ensuring the highest standards of care for children and adolescents. This role involves strategic leadership, fiscal management, and regulatory compliance to integrate behavioral health services seamlessly into hospital-wide functioning.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations of the BHS program, including patient bed coordination and proactive resource management.
- Develop and implement a robust departmental infrastructure that promotes effective communication, teamwork, and utilizes information technology for streamlined service delivery.
- Strategically manage all planning activities to ensure the ongoing effectiveness, growth, and stability of behavioral health services and programs.
- Ensure continuous regulatory compliance with all Federal, State, and Certification requirements, including Joint Commission standards.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse: North Dakota (RN:ND) license.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
- Five (5) years of behavioral health operations experience, with at least one (1) year in an inpatient setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree.
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience.

Pay
$54.76 - $81.45 per hour, with a $20,000 sign-on incentive for eligible new hires.
