About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) at Sanford Health's Dickinson West Clinic plays a crucial role in supporting patients and their families. This position oversees a fast-paced specialty clinic that serves Dickinson and rural communities, providing compassionate and specialized care to mothers and babies.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to patients.
- Coordinates care, performs patient assessments, educates patients, and implements various nursing interventions.
- Collaborates with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise and utilizes appropriate age and population-specific standards.
- Fulfills the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined by the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in the state of practice and licensure.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (preferred).
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific licensure, competencies, and certifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred.

Pay
$29.50 - $44.50 per hour, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
Schedule
Full time, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, no weekends or holidays.
