Role Summary: This position is an onsite registered nurse role in the Dialysis Acute Department, providing direct patient care in a high-acuity setting. The nurse will perform assessments, manage dialysis treatments, and utilize evidence-based practices within a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities Include Delivering specialized acute care and dialysis treatment, including patient assessments and equipment management.Supporting clinical education, precepting new staff, and maintaining competency standards.Contributing to safety, quality, and evidence-based practice initiatives.Prioritizing patient wellness and collaborating within a fast-paced, innovative environment. Qualifications And Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's preferred.Registered Nurse licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Minimum of 6 months dialysis nursing experience.Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and patient-centered approach.
