RN CSICU/CSU
Job Summary
Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a skilled RN to work in the Cardiac Surgical Intensive Care Unit (CSICU) and Cardiac Step Down Unit (CSU) at a contract in-office location in Tuscaloosa, AL.
About the Role
The CSICU/CSU RN will provide critical care to adult and geriatric patients with cardiac, thoracic, vascular, and other surgical conditions. This role requires 2 years of recent CVICU experience and the ability to float to other units and hospitals.
Responsibilities
- Provide critical care to patients in the CSICU and CSU
- Perform invasive hemodynamic monitoring
- Support patient-centered care
- Work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license in the state of Alabama or a compact license
- AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and Red Cross certifications preferred
- 2 years of recent CVICU experience
Qualifications
- Associate degree in nursing
- Current CPR certification
