RN Critical Care Night Contract | Weekly Pay

What You'll Do
As an LTAC Registered Nurse, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver high-quality bedside nursing care for medically complex patients
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, patients, and families to support recovery goals
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition to the interdisciplinary team
- Educate patients and families throughout the care journey
- Initiate discharge planning and patient teaching from admission through transition of care
- Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and ancillary nursing staff
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and continuity of care
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Current BLS Certification prior to first shift
- Current ACLS Certification prior to first shift (where applicable)
- Minimum of 2 years of recent bedside nursing experience
- Recent PCU, Step-Down, Critical Care, or ICU experience required
