About the role

Registered Nurse in the Wellstar Enterprise Support Team (WEST) Float Pool, providing high-quality, compassionate care across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to deliver individualized, evidence-based care.
• Manage complex clinical situations with critical thinking.
• Administer medications safely, adhering to sterile techniques.
• Partner with patients and families for education and advocacy.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or diploma from an accredited program.
• Active RN license (compact or single-state).
• BLS & ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical RN experience.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, organized, and a team player.
