RN Critical Care - Full Time - Nights

Role Overview

This position involves serving as a Critical Care RN within a float team, providing high-quality, individualized patient care across various facilities and units. The role emphasizes flexibility, clinical expertise, and collaboration to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care to high-acuity patients, managing complex conditions confidently.
• Administer medications, infusions, and treatments safely and accurately.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and critical patient changes.
• Partner with patients and families for education, advocacy, and empowerment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to uphold care standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license (compact or single state), BLS, and ACLS certifications; CCRN preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years recent critical care experience (ICU, CVICU, SICU, MICU).
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, adaptable, organized, and team-oriented.
