Job Summary and Qualifications

• Must have LDRP/NICU experience for this role.
• Aid in care for obstetrical trauma patients in a patient/family centered approach.
• Available for all trauma activations and promptly available 24/7.
• Follow patient throughout hospital course (Trauma Resuscitation bay, Radiology, OR, PACU, ICU).
• Work in conjunction with Director of Trauma Services and Trauma Medical Director.
• Identify and create action plans for Performance Improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• (RN) Registered Nurse must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
