About the Role
We are seeking a Coordinator for Clinical Program Accreditation to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate efforts to achieve and maintain clinical program accreditation and improve clinical outcomes. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing clinical data, identifying trends, implementing performance improvement initiatives, and developing educational programs to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively and work with physicians and/or other members of the interdisciplinary team in meeting patient needs.
- Actively contribute to and work toward hospital-wide improvement in meeting core measures, patient safety, and service excellence goals.
- Assess clinical data trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and coordinate the implementation of performance improvement initiatives and identified best practices to address areas of need across the continuum of care.
- Coordinate on-site surveys, mock surveys, and consultations.
- Educate leaders, staff, medical staff, and other stakeholders on accreditation processes and requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a Health Care Related Field (required).
- Master’s Degree or Clinical Nurse Leader Degree (preferred).
- Three years’ experience in the healthcare field, including data collection and analysis.
- Current Florida State Registered Nurse License.
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and other PC skills.
