About the Role

Hunterdon Medical Center’s Home Health Department is seeking a Community RN to provide care in a safe, flexible environment. This full-time position includes an on-call rotation and offers self-scheduling with shifts available in 8, 10, or 12-hour increments, including weekend-only options.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (base hours)
• On-call rotation required
• Days, evenings, and weekends
• Flexible shifts: 8, 10, or 12 hours
• Weekend-only shifts available

Pay

Hiring range: $43.50 – $63.25 per hour. Home Health Nurses are paid at inpatient nursing rates. Professional Achievement Level Bonuses are available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home health care in compliance with Medicare and insurance regulations
• Collaborate with multiple disciplines and levels of authority
• Perform IV therapy and maintain CPR certification
• Utilize effective verbal and written communication skills

Requirements

• Current New Jersey RN license
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred; if Associate’s degree or diploma, must enroll in a BSN program and complete within 5 years of hire
• Previous home health or recent acute care nursing experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
