About the role
The RN Clinical Team Lead oversees daily clinical operations within a busy family medicine practice while providing direct patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including triage, assessments and patient education
- Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff and medical assistants
- Ensure adherence to evidence-based practice and clinical protocols
Requirements
- 3 Years of RN experience required
- Prefer ambulatory or clinic experience
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
- Strong charting skills (Epic)
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Bachelors degree in nursing or healthcare field preferred
- Minimum of Three (3) years of relevant RN experience in area of specialty required
- Certification in appropriate specialty preferred. PALS/ACLS as appropriate for specialty within 90 days of employment
- State of Florida RN license
Skills
- Project management and quality improvement experience preferred
- Above average communication skills
