Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily clinical operations and support nursing staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Oversee patient flow, assign workloads, and promote evidence-based practices while adhering to regulatory standards and faith-based values.
- Mentor and evaluate team members, fostering a culture of teamwork, compassion, and continual learning.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Assist with staff education, onboarding, and participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
- Ensure documentation compliance and support a positive, safety-focused environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Experience in clinical coordination, patient care, and quality improvement.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards, documentation protocols, and evidence-based practices.
