RN Clinical Supervisor | Sparta Urgent Care
About the role
Emplify Health by Gundersen is a physician-led, not-for-profit healthcare system serving more than 500,000 residents in western Wisconsin, northeastern Iowa, and southeastern Minnesota. We are seeking a RN Clinical Supervisor to join our high-energy, patient-centered Sparta Urgent Care team.
Responsibilities
- Engage, motivate, and drive a culture of service and patient satisfaction
- Lead and support patient care for a broad range of patient demographics
- Perform with a high degree of clinical and professional aptitude as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Play a direct role in providing LOVE + MEDICINE
- Be responsible for project-based work, schedule production, managing direct reports, operational oversight, and providing direct patient care
Requirements
- A minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing
- An active Wisconsin or multi-state RN license upon start
- Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers
- 3-4 years of previous experience as an RN in Emergency Medicine/Urgent Care desired
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Skills
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to manage a team and provide direct patient care
- Experience in emergency medicine or urgent care
Benefits
- Full-time, 72 hours biweekly (0.9 FTE)
- Primarily Monday-Friday afternoon/evening hours; occasional weekends and/or holidays per department need
- Starting salary of $74,700 (based on 0.9 FTE) and up, salary commensurate with your years of experience
