RN Clinical Supervisor - Home Health

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor in Richmond. This role blends clinical expertise with administrative leadership, offering a dynamic and fulfilling career path.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical care from admission through discharge
• Manage care delivery and supervise personnel
• Conduct caregiver orientation and competency evaluations
• Lead training, education, and skill development initiatives
• Perform both office-based and field duties, including home visits

Requirements

• Active RN license (in applicable state)
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
• Team-oriented with excellent customer service abilities

Pay

• Salary range: $80,000 – $85,000
• $5,000 annual bonus potential
• Weekly paychecks
