Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical care from admission through discharge.
- Manage care delivery and supervise personnel.
- Conduct caregiver orientation and competency evaluations.
- Lead training, education, and skill development initiatives.
- Perform both office-based and field duties, including home visits.
Requirements
- Active RN license (in applicable state).
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
- Team-oriented with excellent customer service abilities.
Pay
Salary Range: $90,000 – $91,500 + $5,000 annual bonus potential. Weekly paychecks for financial consistency.
