RN- Clinical Supervisor, Gwinnett Critical Care Float Pool

About the Role

The Clinical Supervisor is a member of the unit-based leadership team, providing supervision of the nursing operations of a unit. In the absence of the Manager or Director, may assume 24-hour nursing responsibility. Works with a unit-specific patient population.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Three (3) years of experience in the clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in the area of specialty OR a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing with two (2) years of experience in the clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in the area of specialty.
• Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate license.
• Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• Visual color acuity (depending on the role in specific units).

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
