About the role

Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin! We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor to assist the RN Clinic Manager in leading the day-to-day operations and coordination of the ambulatory primary care float pool, supervise primary care ambulatory float pool RNs whose work supports various ambulatory/clinic locations, promote staff continuing education and evidence-based practice, and facilitate communication, coordination and collaboration among team members and clinics.

Work Schedule

100% FTE, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. No weekends or holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This position will be at the Arboretum Clinic located in Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the RN Clinic Manager in leading the day-to-day operations and coordination of the ambulatory primary care float pool
  • Supervise primary care ambulatory float pool RNs whose work supports various ambulatory/clinic locations
  • Promote staff continuing education and evidence-based practice
  • Facilitate communication, coordination and collaboration among team members and clinics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) - Required
  • RN licensed in the state where employed - Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire - Required
  • 2 years of RN experience - Required
  • 1 year of progressive relevant leadership experience - Preferred
  • Applicable clinical certification - Preferred
