About the role

Lasting Impressions MO LLC is seeking a compassionate, organized, and clinically strong Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our RN Clinical Services Manager. This leadership role serves as the primary clinical leader for the organization and oversees clinical systems, nursing delegation, healthcare coordination, HRST implementation, medication administration systems, medical compliance, and health-related quality initiatives across multiple residential homes supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating closely with the organization's LPN to ensure continuity of healthcare services.
  • Monitoring overall health and wellness of individuals served.
  • Providing clinical oversight and support for health-related initiatives and concerns.
  • Nursing Delegation & Clinical Oversight
  • Overseeing nursing delegation activities in accordance with Missouri regulations.
  • HRST Management & Health Risk Reduction
  • Ensuring HRST assessments remain current and accurate.
  • Medical Appointments & Healthcare Advocacy
  • Medical Records & Documentation
  • Staff Development & Clinical Training
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance
  • Qualifications
    • Current Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
    • Minimum three years of nursing experience.
    • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • Ability to travel between residential homes and healthcare appointments.
    • Ability to pass all required background screenings.
    • Preferred Experience:
      • Supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
      • Experience with HRST.
      • Experience in residential services, community-based services, case management, or developmental disability services.
      • Experience leading teams or managing clinical systems.
      • Familiarity with Missouri Department of Mental Health regulations and developmental disability services.

      • Able to translate medical recommendations into practical supports for direct care staff.
      • Passion for person-centered supports and improving quality of life.

      Work Environment

      This is an office-based position located in Sedalia, Missouri. The typical schedule is Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Regular travel to residential homes, regular attendance at physician, specialist, therapy, and hospital appointments, frequent collaboration with residential teams in both office and community settings, participation in on-call clinical support for medical questions, concerns, and emergencies, and occasional evening, weekend, or after-hours responsibilities related to appointments, staff training, clinical support, or organizational needs.
