Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, in-home nursing care to clients with complex medical needs.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately.
- Ensure precise documentation in compliance with Good Clinical Practice and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate study procedures and obtain informed consent from patients.
- Monitor patient safety, health outcomes, and respond to clinical needs.
- Support clinical research activities through effective communication and teamwork.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Experience in clinical or research nursing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to collaborate within a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
