Clinical Research RN

About the Role

As our Clinician Research RN, you will leverage your clinical nursing expertise to critically support and execute clinical research studies, ensuring the highest standards of participant care, data integrity, and compliance within designated research areas. You will actively participate in the lifecycle of clinical trials, including identifying and screening potential study participants, providing in-depth education about research protocols, and carefully monitoring participant well-being. Responsibilities involve performing essential clinical assessments, accurately collecting and documenting study data, and vigilantly observing for adverse events.

You will demonstrate current knowledge of federal and state regulations, guidelines, and policies governing the conduct of clinical trials, ensuring study documents are maintained in compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., FDA, OHRP, IRB). The role requires compliance with licensure, contractual, protocol, and policy requirements, as well as directing intradepartmental and external resource activities relating to assigned studies. You will also assist in the review and development of proposed study budgets and ensure compliance with all study billing process requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and collect study data accurately.
• Document study data and observe for adverse events.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations (e.g., FDA, OHRP, IRB).
• Ensure study documents adhere to regulatory and policy requirements.
• Direct intradepartmental and external resource activities for assigned studies.
• Assist in reviewing and developing proposed study budgets.
• Ensure compliance with all study billing process requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Required).
• One (1) year of clinical RN experience (Required).
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Arizona (Required).
• Master's degree in a related field (Preferred).
• One (1) year of RN experience within clinical research (Preferred).

Pay

$30.76 - $45.76 per hour.
