RN Clinical Nurse II - Rheumatology at Eastowne

Responsibilities

• Provides competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards.
• Reports and is accountable to the Nurse Manager/Director.
• Coordinates and delivers patient care utilizing the nursing process in a hospital setting.
• Education - Participates in ongoing education and training programs to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Assessment - Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
• Planning - Develops and implements individualized care plans based on assessment findings.
• Implementation - Implements care plans through direct patient care, delegation, and coordination of interdisciplinary team activities.
• Evaluation - Evaluates patient responses to care and revises care plans as necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current NC RN license.
• One year of acute care experience preferred.
