RN Clinical Nurse II Flex VII (Full Time) - Health System Float Pool
- each bullet? The responsibilities are grouped under headings; we could flatten them into list items, preserving content. Might be long but okay.
"Requirements": could be Professional Experience Requirements (3 years inpatient hospital nursing experience). Also maybe Education Requirements? But Education Requirements could go under Qualifications. Usually Qualifications includes education, licensure, certifications. Skills could be Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements.
Benefits: Benefits and Incentives: Eligible for full-time benefits and the Nursing Commitment Incentive Program.
Pay: Pay: Based on experience + $8/hour premium, plus applicable shift differentials. Also Salary Range: $34.22 - $48.38 per hour (Hiring Range). Pay offers determined by experience and internal equity.
Schedule: Schedule: 36 hours per week Shifts: 8-hour or 12-hour options. Also Work Schedule: Night (from Job Details). Also Standard Hours Per Week: 36.00.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay section we have actual numbers and premium, so okay.
We must not include sections like "Qualifications" if no specific content? We have Education Requirements, Licensure/Certification Requirements, Professional Experience Requirements. That's qualifications. So we can include Qualifications section with those.
Skills: Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements.
We need to avoid duplication. Ensure we preserve all substantive info.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, accommodations, legal employer details? The Job Details includes Legal Employer, Entity, Organization Unit, Work Type, Standard Hours Per Week, Salary Range, Work Assignment Type, Work Schedule, Job Location, Exempt From Overtime. Some of that is substantive (like location, work type, schedule). We should incorporate relevant info into appropriate sections (Schedule, Pay, etc). But we must not repeat job title. Also we should not include legal employer as a heading; we can fold into a short paragraph maybe under About the role? But instructions: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include minor metadata like Legal Employer, Entity, Organization Unit in a short paragraph, maybe under About the role or a separate meta paragraph. But we should not create a heading for them. We can include them in a
after About the role maybe. We must not include the EEO statement etc. Remove. We must not include application instructions. We must not include navigation etc. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

Skills
- Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements: (the posting lists this heading but no specific items? Actually after that heading there is "Job Details". The posting says "Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements Job Details". It seems there is no explicit list; maybe it's just a heading. We need to check if there is any content under Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements. In the text: "Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements Job Details Legal Employer: STATE Entity: Shared Services Organization Unit: HCS Central Staffing Office Work Type: Full Time Standard Hours Per Week: 36.00 Salary Range: $34.22 - $48.38 per hour (Hiring Range) Pay offers are determined by experience and internal equity Work Assignment Type: Onsite Work Schedule: Night Job Location of Job: US:NC:Morrisville Exempt From Overtime: Exempt: No". So there is no explicit list of knowledge/skills. So we might not have specific content for Skills section. According to rule: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Since there is no specific list, we should omit Skills section.
Thus we omit Skills.
