RN Clinical Manager - Union County

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support field clinical staff across day and night shifts.
  • Cookordination and oversight of patient care plans.
  • Conduct regular patient home visits and staff evaluations, including some overnight supervisory visits.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, company policies, and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Lead staff training, case conferences, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications

  • Current RN license in the state of New Jersey.
  • Minimum 1 year of pediatric nursing in home care.
  • Hands-on experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is preferred.
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to varying schedules.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally, including occasional overnight supervision.

Education

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual Salary: $95,680.
  • In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay.
  • We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits, which begin on your 90th day of employment.
  • Our 401(k) plan becomes available after 12 months of employment.

On-Call Requirement

  • Just one weeknight per week (phone support only, already built into your salary).
  • One weekend every six weeks.
  • Weekend coverage includes an extra $150 and may involve light supervisory support.
