About the role

The Clinical Manager oversees and coordinates the care provided to residents to ensure their safety and comfort. They also lead a team to excellence, communicate with the therapy department, and ensure timely updates to the care plan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the care provided to residents
• Lead a team to excellence
• Communicate with the therapy department and ensure timely updates to the care plan
• Coordinate the admission, care plan, and discharge process

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing
• Good managerial skills and aptitude
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in long-term care or healthcare

• $95,680 - $101,920
