Pay

Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 + $16,600 Annual Bonus Potential (paid quarterly)

Responsibilities

  • Assign and manage Clinical Supervisors across client populations
  • Oversee care coordination, orientation, and clinical quality initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, programs, and regulatory requirements
  • Support quality and budget management efforts
  • Lead hiring, training, and development of clinical staff
  • Prepare for and participate in regulatory audits (e.g., Joint Commission, ACHC)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold internal standards

Qualifications

  • Active RN license (in applicable states)
  • Minimum 2 years of home care experience; 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience in quality and budget management preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with regulatory audits and compliance standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
  • Fluency in English required
  • Must meet all federal, state, local, and internal requirements
