RN Clinical Manager – Home Health Leadership Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and support to nurses and therapists in the field
• Review OASIS documentation and ensure Medicare compliance
• Manage care plans (485s) and clinical documentation workflows
• Serve as a clinical resource for triage and patient care guidance
• Drive quality outcomes and best practices across the office

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Recent Home Health experience required
• Strong hands-on OASIS experience
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations and clinical documentation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Pay

$90,000–$98,000 Base + Quarterly Bonus Incentives
