Maxim Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Clinical Manager – Home Health to oversee the assignment and management of Clinical Supervisors, ensuring high-quality care coordination and compliance across client populations. This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned RN with a passion for clinical excellence and team development. Located in Brentwood, TN.

Responsibilities

• Assign and manage Clinical Supervisors across client populations
• Oversee care coordination, orientation, and clinical quality initiatives
• Ensure compliance with contracts, programs, and regulatory requirements
• Support quality and budget management efforts
• Lead hiring, training, and development of clinical staff
• Prepare for and participate in regulatory audits (e.g., Joint Commission, ACHC)
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold internal standards

Requirements

• Active RN license (in applicable states)
• Minimum 2 years of home care experience; 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in quality and budget management preferred
• Familiarity with regulatory audits and compliance standards
• Must meet all federal, state, local, and internal requirements
