About the role
A RN - Clinical Manager with experienced home health care leadership is needed for a new office location in downtown Tampa. The ideal candidate will lead a team of caregivers and ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care plans.
- Train and mentor staff members to improve clinical outcomes.
- Assess and address patient needs, ensuring continuity of care.
- Ensure effective communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current Florida RN license.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing experience, preferably in home health care.
- Experience leading a team and managing a clinical department.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
