RN Clinical Manager
About the Role
NHC HomeCare Hendersonville is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to manage and direct all patient care services and personnel in our HomeCare agency. We are looking for an energetic and sharp RN who is passionate about helping our agency provide excellent care.
Responsibilities
- Hire and maintain the best clinical staff
- Coordinate referrals and ongoing care with patients, caregivers, hospitals, physicians, and clinicians
- Ensure NHC HomeCare meets patients' needs
- Provide care as needed while primarily ensuring adequate staffing for care delivery
- Educate and monitor care provided by staff
- Assist in transitioning to electronic records (Kinnser)
Requirements
- Registered Nurse licensed in Tennessee or a compact state
- Minimum one year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 6 months of home care experience preferred
- Supervisory experience
- Commitment to helping meet patient goals
- Current Driver’s License, car insurance, and a good driving record
- Able to meet background screening requirements
