RN Clinical Manager - $5,000 Sign on Bonus

About the role

We are seeking an experienced RN Clinical Manager to lead the daily operations of our health center while continuing to provide hands-on clinical support. This is an excellent opportunity for a nursing leader who enjoys combining clinical care, team leadership, and operational management in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff)
• Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Serves as infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulations
• Communicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives
• Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and complaint resolutions
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Current license as RN in state of practice
• Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field
• 2 - 3 years of management experience
• Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices

Qualifications

• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent

Skills

• Strong background in nursing
• Previous management or leadership experience
• Passion for creating a positive patient and team experience

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $96,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually.
