Job Summary
If you are passionate about nursing education and have strong clinical skills, we invite you to join our team as a Clinical Instructor for our Evening/Weekend Term One students. Our program is growing, and we need two instructors to support our six-week sessions on Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 5 pm to 10 pm, and one Saturday from 7 am to 3 pm. Additional hours may be available assisting in the lab.
Responsibilities
- Guide students through clinical experiences, ensuring they meet competency standards
- Assist in the development and implementation of educational materials and activities
- Provide feedback and mentorship to students to enhance their learning and clinical skills
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to maintain high-quality educational programs
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training related to nursing education
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (MSN in Nursing Education preferred)
