Position Details
- Schedule: Weekend Clinical
- Pay Rates:
- LPN: $31.21 - $35.45 per hour | Time and a half pay on weekends ($46.82 - $53.18) + shift differential
- RN: $35.80 - $40.66 per hour | Time and a half pay on weekends ($53.70 - $60.99) + shift differential
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a memory care and long-term care setting
- Monitor residents health, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team
- Support residents physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Document care accurately and maintain compliance with all regulations
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in Indiana
- Experience in Memory Care/Alzheimer's care a plus
- Caregiver must be compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to resident-centered care
