Duties and Responsibilities
- Aid in leading program development, content creation, and overall administration.
- Establish program goals and objectives aligned with strategic priorities; plan initiatives and monitor progress toward defined outcomes.
- Cook up and direct all aspects of CReSt education projects, including development of project plans and timelines, facilitation of activities, and tracking of progress and outcomes.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and ongoing support of research training programs for new research personnel and continuing education for existing staff.
- Collaborate with research teams in the development and implementation of planned clinical learning experiences.
- Supervise staff in clinical research learning experiences, teaching in planned clinical skills lab sessions, validation of attendees' mastery of required skills, and the preparation and set-up for case-based simulation experiences.

Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a related field and three (3) years of related experience are required.
- Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
- Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing is required.
