Also remove application instructions (none present). Also remove navigation/cookie etc. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe job summary). Responsibilities (the bullet points). Requirements (experience, education, licensure). Qualifications maybe overlapping. Skills (special skills). Benefits (perks & benefits). Pay (none given). Schedule (shift details). We should only include sections if there is real specific content. We have location, FTE, standard hours, shift details. That could go under Schedule? Or maybe a separate "Details" but we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can put location and shift details under Schedule (maybe also include FTE, standard hours). Pay: none given, so omit Pay section. Benefits: we have perks & benefits list. So include Benefits. About the role: could be job summary paragraph. Responsibilities: bullet points from job summary (the asterisk list). We'll convert to

    • . Requirements: experience description (minimum years). Could also include education and licensure? Usually requirements include experience, education, licensure. But we have separate headings for Qualifications and Skills. The instruction says use headings for those categories if content exists. We can decide to put Experience under Requirements, Education under Qualifications, Licensure maybe also under Qualifications or Requirements. Skills under Skills. We must not create sections with filler text. So we need actual content. Let's extract: Job Summary paragraph: "The Administrative Supervisor is a nursing formal leader who ..." Actually the job summary includes the bullet points after "who". The text after colon includes bullet points each starting with *. We could treat the first sentence before the bullet as summary, and the bullet list as responsibilities. Thus About the role: maybe a short paragraph: "The Administrative Supervisor is a nursing formal leader who represents administration during evening, night, weekend and holiday shifts and has oversight for the decisions impacting effective and efficient clinical operations and nursing care delivery. Serves as the highest on-site authority for the Department of Nursing during evening, night, weekend and holiday shifts. Takes direction from Nursing Director on Call and the Hospital Administrator on call. Serves as a liaison to, consults with or escalates issues to on-call leaders within Risk Management, Human Resources, Public Relations and Emergency Management." But that's actually part of bullet list. However we can keep the first sentence as About the role, and responsibilities as bullet list. But we need to preserve all substantive information; we cannot omit any. So we need to include all bullet points somewhere. If we put some in About the role and some in Responsibilities, we must ensure we didn't lose any. Better: About the role: a brief overview (maybe first sentence). Responsibilities: the bullet list (all bullet points). That covers all. Now Experience description: "A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in which leadership competence has been demonstrated is required. A minimun of 2 years of experience in a leadership role (e.g. Charge RN, Supervisor, Assistant Nurse Manager) is preferred. Additional specialty nursing experience (e.g. critical care) is preferred." Education description: "Degree in Nursing (Baccalaureate or Graduate) is required. If in position as of December 1, 2012, this educational requirement will be waived. Graduate Degree (Nursing or Related Field) is preferred." Licensure description: "Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact). Certification in a Nursing Specialty (e.g. Nursing Executive) is preferred." Special Skills description: list of skills. Benefits: list of perks. Schedule: location, FTE, standard hours, shift details. We need to format as HTML fragment. We'll produce:
