Clinical Supervisor (RN)

Position Summary

The RN Unit Manager is responsible for the overall clinical and administrative management of the assigned unit, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care for our residents. This includes supervision of nursing staff, coordination of patient care, implementation of clinical policies, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina
• Previous supervisory or unit management experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting strongly preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills
• Able to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
