Key Responsibilities

• Perform focused assessments, administer ordered treatments, and assist providers during examinations and minor in-clinic procedures.
• Capture assessments, interventions, and patient education in the electronic health record in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Provide patient and family education regarding medications, chronic condition management, preventive care, and care plans.
• Collaborate with providers, schedulers, and interdisciplinary partners to address patient needs, support care continuity, and respond to acute concerns.
• Participate in quality improvement activities, maintain competency in point-of-care testing, and complete required departmental training.
