RN - Circulating Nurse

About the Role

A full-time Circulating Nurse in the Operating Room provides safe, high-quality perioperative care for patients of all ages across a wide range of surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the RN Circulator for various surgical procedures, including endoscopic, orthopedic, ophthalmology, ENT, OB/GYN, urology, GI, podiatry, and pediatric dental surgeries.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists.
• Participate in pre-operative, intra-operative, post-operative, and PACU patient care.
• Share on-call duties, including weekends and holidays.
• Practice within industry standards and state regulations.

Requirements

• Current Nebraska RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred).
• Operating Room circulator experience preferred.
• PACU and post-anesthesia recovery experience.
