Priorities
- Prioritize authorization process completion.
- Learn to mix chemotherapy.
- Perform double check of drug calculations.
- Ensure Five Rights of Medication Administration are verified with two RNs.
- Document double check performance.
- Secure patient’s follow-up appointments.
Attendance and Compliance
- Maintain good attendance record.
- Report to work on time as per Physicians East Personnel Handbook.
- Adhere to compliance requirements including HIPAA/OSHA.
Candidate Requirements
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in NC.
- At least one year experience as a registered nurse preferred.
- Experience in Hematology/Oncology preferred.
