Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities Provide high-quality, total nursing care to residents within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation units.Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed by physicians.Maintain precise, up-to-date electronic documentation and clinical records.Ensure a safe, comfortable, and abuse-free environment for all senior residents.Collaborate with physicians, licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) to implement personalized resident care plans. Job Requirements & Qualifications Must possess a current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.A genuine passion for working with the elderly and senior care population.
