RN Charge Nurse

About the Role

The RN Charge Nurse provides nursing care to residents according to physicians' orders and resident care plan. Monitors resident status and makes referrals to physician and resident's next of kin. Administers and records medications and treatments as prescribed by physician. Takes and records vital signs. Monitors nursing staff on assigned shift.

Schedule

• Full-time Day shift: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Every 4th weekend

Requirements

• Current RN license with MN State Board of Nursing

Pay

• $36.00 / Hourly
• Licensed Nurse Retention Bonus: $5,000.00 (Full-time), $1,000.00 (Part-time)
