The RN Case Manager, Workers Compensation role involves providing care coordination and case management for injured team members to facilitate their return to work.

Responsibilities

• monitoring medical progress through assessments via various visit methods
• communicating with carriers, third-party administrators, and providers to manage claims
• developing individualized return-to-work plans in collaboration with relevant departments
• ensuring compliance with treatment protocols and documentation within case management systems
• building relationships with team members, leadership, and external partners
• staying current on regulations, best practices, and promoting organizational health initiatives
• supporting patient safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards

Requirements

• bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare/Science
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience
• valid RN license in Illinois
• BLS certification
