About the role
Provide comprehensive care to patients in their homes, ensuring they receive the necessary medical attention and support.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN license in good standing
- At least one year of home health nursing experience
- Knowledge of home health agency policies and procedures
