About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager responsible for discharge planning (DCP) and utilization review (UR) in an acute care setting.
Responsibilities
- Discharge planning and coordination
- Utilization review in an acute care environment
Requirements
- Active California RN license
- Experience with Epic electronic health record
- Experience with InterQual or MCG criteria
Qualifications
- Minimum: CA RN license, Epic, InterQual or MCG experience
- Preferred: 3+ years of RN experience; Kaiser Permanente experience
Schedule
- 13-week assignment
- Monday–Friday, every other weekend
Pay
$1,800.00 – $2,500.00 per week
Location
San Diego, California. The city offers beaches, hiking, cultural attractions, diverse cuisine, and activities such as the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park museums, Coronado Beach, Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, and sunset cruises on San Diego Bay.
