RN Care Coordinator - Endocrinology Office

About the role

Guthrie is seeking a Full-Time Care Coordinator (RN) to join their Endocrinology team in Sayre, PA. This role offers a day-shift, clinic-based position with predictable hours, no bedside demands, and the ability to build meaningful, long-term patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a clinical team lead and central point of contact for patient care within the Endocrinology department.
• Coordinates care for patients with chronic endocrine conditions while leading clinical workflows.
• Triage patient needs and provides education to patients and families.
• Collaborates closely with providers and leadership to ensure high-quality, efficient care.

Requirements

• Knowledge of procedures and techniques involved in administering simple medical treatments and related patient care.
• Maintains current CPR and other certificates as required.
• RN with current license in State where employment is located.
• Prefer at least 5 years RN experience and 3 years specific to Endocrinology.
• Leadership experience preferred with direct responsibility to others.

Qualifications
