About the role
Senior Services, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Care Coordinator to help lead the daily nursing and health care operations at the Williams Adult Day Center in Winston-Salem, NC (In-Office). The RN Care Coordinator leads the daily nursing and health care operations at the Williams Adult Day Center, helping ensure participants receive timely, compassionate care. This position supervises and supports the health care team, coordinates nursing services, and works closely with participants, families, and program leadership. This position reports to the Director of the Williams Adult Day Center and oversees direct nursing care while supporting health care operations and compliance. The role requires the ability to stand and walk throughout the workday, assist with participant transfers or mobility, and lift up to 50 pounds. The RN Care Coordinator plays an important role in creating a safe, supportive environment for participants while providing leadership and guidance to the health care team. This is an opportunity to combine nursing expertise, staff leadership, and meaningful relationships with older adults and their families.
